Return Policy

Refunds will be given for defective or non-defective items within 30 days of purchase. The Pilot Shop must be contacted about all return requests via email at service@txpilotshop.com within the 30-day period. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with all instructions, warranty information, etc., and in unused and presentable condition.

No refunds will be given on Aeronautical Navigation Charts, Airport Facility Directories, or Terminal Procedure Publications. If you receive a chart that is incorrect from the one you ordered, contact The Pilot Shop immediately.
